摘要
目的探讨医院信息系统的使用对医生工作压力的影响。方法采用问卷调查法对数据进行收集,利用统计分析软件对数据进行分析。结果感知系统复杂性对技术超载和角色超载有显著正向影响,感知系统重构性对技术超载有显著正向影响,技术超载对角色超载有显著正向影响,角色超载对工作压力有显著正向影响。结论医院信息系统使用显著增加医生工作压力。因此,医生需要积极主动学习使用信息系统,而不是消极应对;医院应完善信息化建设,保障信息系统的通畅使用;系统开发者应建立适合医生操作的便捷界面。
        Objective To explore the impact of the use of hospital information systems on physicians' work stress.Methods The data was collected by questionnaire survey, and the data was analyzed by statistical analysis software.Results Perceptual system complexity has a significant positive impact on technical overload and character overload;perceived system reconfiguration has a significant positive impact on technical overload;technical overload has a significant positive impact on role overload; role overload has a significant positive impact on working pressure influences.Conclusion The use of hospital information systems has significantly increased the pressure on doctors. Therefore,doctors need to actively learn to use information systems instead of passive response;hospitals should improve information construction and ensure the smooth use of information systems;system developers should establish a convenient interface suitable for doctors.
