世界一流煤炭企业建设指标体系研究

摘要
以世界一流企业对标分析研究模型为基础,运用技术分析工具与实案研究方法,理清世界一流企业的内涵与特征,提出3个层级22个指标的世界一流企业指标体系。参考"2018年财富世界500强排行榜采矿子榜单"、"2018年度全球40强矿业上市公司排名"、"2017年煤炭企业全球竞争力排行榜"等榜单,结合专家访谈意见,确定以国家能源集团、陕西煤业化工集团、嘉能可公司等10家国内外优秀矿业公司作为研究对象,采用熵权法和TOPSIS法构建指标模型,借用综合及分层量化分析手段,制定世界一流企业目标和方向。
Based on the model of benchmarking analysis of world first-class enterprises, this paper clarified the connotation and characteristics of world first-class enterprises by using hierarchical analysis tools and case study methods, and constructed a world first-class enterprises' index system with 3 levels and 22 indicators. At the same time, referred to the "2018 Fortune World 500 Mining Sublist", "2018 Global Top 40 Mining Listed Companies" and "2017 Coal Enterprises Global Competitiveness List", and fully combined with expert opinions, ten excellent mining companies domestically and abroad including China Energy Group, Shaanxi Coal Industry Chemical Group and Glencore were finally identified as research objects. The index model was further constructed by using entropy weight method and TOPSIS method, and the goal and direction of world first-class enterprises were formulated by means of comprehensive and hierarchical quantitative analysis.
