口腔修复前行牙周整复手术的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨口腔修复前行牙周整复手术的临床效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2012年6月至2017年6月本院169例择期行口腔修复治疗的患者,采用平行对照法将其分为研究组(85例,口腔修复前实施牙周整复手术)与对照组(84例,直接行口腔修复)。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组口腔修复总有效率为97.96%,高于对照组的89.58%(P<0.05);术后随访12个月,研究组牙龈萎缩发生率为2.35%,低于对照组的10.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对牙齿形态、牙齿颜色、咀嚼功能、咬合能力、语言功能恢复的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复前实施牙周整复手术可改善修复效果,提升患者的满意度,且能降低牙龈萎缩发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of periodontal plastic surgery before oral restoration. Methods From June 2012 to June 2017, 169 patients undergoing selective oral restoration therapy were selected by convenience sampling method and divided into study group(85 cases, periodontal plastic surgery before oral restoration) and control group(84 cases,direct oral restoration therapy). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of oral restoration in the study group was 97.96%, which was higher than 89.58% of the control group(P<0.05). After 12 months of follow-up, the incidence of gingival atrophy in the study group was 2.35%, which was lower than 10.71% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The satisfaction of tooth shape, tooth color, masticatory function,occlusal ability and language function recovery in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The periodontal plastic surgery before oral restoration can improve the restoration effect, increase satisfaction of patients and reduce the incidence of gingival atrophy, which is worthy of popularization and application.
