货币权力:美元霸权与人民币国际化

摘要
货币不仅是经济中不可或缺的一部分,更是国际关系中重要的联结。货币权力广泛存在于国家博弈中,而现有研究则无法形成系统的分析框架。对权力和货币权力相关研究进行梳理,厘清权力与货币权力研究的异同,从货币职能的角度将美元的货币权力分解,分析其来源及变化发展,指出其不可持续的内在逻辑,提出在现有国际货币体系框架下人民币通过国际化提升货币权力的必要性以及如何应对美元霸权的建议。
Money is not only an indispensable part of the economy,but also an important link in international relations.Monetary power exists widely in the national game,but existing research has no systematic analytical framework.This paper discussed the studies on power and monetary power,the similarities and differences between power and monetary power,and the monetary power of the dollar from the point of view of the monetary function,analyzed the origin and development of the monetary power of the dollar,and pointed out its unsustainable internal logic.Finally,this paper proposed the necessity of raising RMB power through internationalization under the framework of the existing international monetary system and how to deal with the hegemony of the US dollar.
