摘要
采用气相色谱法及残留溶剂测定法对莫西沙星侧链的残留溶剂进行测定.色谱柱采用6%氰丙基苯基—94%二甲基聚硅氧烷为固定液的毛细管柱(DB-624,30m×0.32mm×1.8μm),柱温80℃,维持5min后,以8℃/min的速率升温至200℃,维持15min;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,检测温度为270℃,进样口温度为250℃,载气流速3.0mL/min,分流比10∶1.实验结果显示,本方法可以有效、准确地检测出莫西沙星侧链的残留溶剂.
The paper is going to determine the residual solvent in the side chain of moxifloxacin by chromatography and residual solvent determination.The Chromatographic culumn uses 6%of Chromatographic column propyl phenyl and 94% dimethyl polysiloxane as the fixed liquid capillary column(DB-624,30 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm).Column temperature is 80 ℃.The whole process lasts for 5 minutes.When the temperature increases to 200℃ at a rate of about8℃/min,the whole process lasts for 15 minutes.The detector is a hydrogen flame ionization detector,the test temperature is 270℃,the sample temperature is 250℃,the carrier gas flow rate is 3.0 mL/min,and the diversion ratio is 10∶1.It is concluded that this method can effectively detect the residual solvents in the side chain of moxifloxacin.
