摘要
研究刺梨、桑叶、苦瓜饮料(配方饮料)对糖尿病小鼠的降糖效果。采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)构建Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠模型,小鼠随机被分为模型组、阳性组、配方饮料组,并设空白组。模型组与空白组灌胃柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,阳性组灌胃盐酸二甲双胍片,连续4周。期间测定小鼠的饮食饮水量、体质量、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、血清胰岛素(INS)、肝糖原以及脏器指数变化,并进行口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)。结果表明,该配方饮料能有效改善糖尿病小鼠多饮多食症状,抑制体质量下降,肝糖原含量极显著增加(P<0.01),FBG浓度、GSP浓度和GHb含量明显降低(P<0.01),血清胰岛素敏感性增强,表明配方饮料对糖尿病小鼠具有辅助降糖效果。
        To study the hypoglycemic effect of Rosa roxburghii, Morus alba and Momordica charantia beverage(formula beverage) on diabetic mice,the typeⅠ diabetes mice model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ), and mice were randomly divided into model group,positive group, recipe beverage group, and blank group. The model group and the blank group were given continuously gavage of sodium citrate buffer solution and the positive group was given continuously gavage of metformin hydrochloride tablets for 4 weeks. Changes in food intake and water intake, body mass, fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated serum protein(GSP), glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb), serum insulin(INS), liver glycogen and organ indexes were measured during the period, and the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was conducted. The results showed that the formula beverage effectively improved the polydipsia and polyphagia symptoms of diabetic mice, inhibit body mass loss, significantly increased liver glycogen content, significantly reduced FGB(P<0.01), GSP concentration and GHb relative content, and increased insulin sensitivity, indicating that the formula beverage had assistant hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice.
