摘要
为了提高和完善《中华人民共和国兽药典》二○一○年版中四黄止痢颗粒的质量标准,改进四黄止痢颗粒项下黄连、黄柏的薄层鉴别方法,增加黄芩的定性鉴别。采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量。薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。黄芩苷对照品浓度在3.122~124.88μg/m L(r=0.9991,n=6)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.6%。该方法简便、准确、重现性好、精密度高,可作为四黄止痢颗粒的质量控制方法。
To improve quality standard for Sihuangzhili Granules. Improve the TLC identification of coptidis rhizoma,cortex phellodendri for Sihuangzhili Granules in Edition 2010 of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia. Radix scutellariae was identified by TLC and baicalin was determined by HPLC. The TLC spots of these traditional chinese medicinal materials were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The linear ranges were 3. 122 ~ 124.88 μg / m L for baicalin( r = 0. 9991,n = 6). The average recoveries rates were 101. 4% with RSD 1. 6%. The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of Sihuangzhili Granules effectively.
