摘要

目的研究分析PDCA循环法在手术护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年1月,在我院通过手术治疗患者640例,将其随机分为两组,每组各320例;对照组:采用我院以往的手术护理安全管理方法;观察组,采用PDCA循环法;并使用医院自制的调查问卷,收集患者对两种方法的满意度,并将结果进行整理分析。结果观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法应用于手术护理安全管理中可以有效的提高患者满意度和护理安全质量。
        Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation method in surgical nursing safety management. Methods From February 2017 to January 2018, 640 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 320 in each group; The control group: the previous surgical safety management method in our hospital. The observation group used the PDCA cycle method; and the hospital-made questionnaire was used to collect the patient's satisfaction with the two methods,and the results were analyzed. Result The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation method can effectively improve patient satisfaction and quality of care safety in surgical safety management.
