图书馆发展面临的重要趋势和关键议题——《国际图联趋势报告—2016新进展》分析

摘要
国际图联发布的《国际图联趋势报告-2016新进展》是新信息环境下预测图书馆未来发展趋势的重要报告。文章深入分析报告涉及的五大趋势的最新发展、图书馆员应考虑的三个关键议题文章提出对策:加强与IFLA合作、推进中国图书馆与世界同行全方位接轨,探讨报告的重要议题和实践案例,辩证看待报告,积极审慎应用新技术,推广混合式学习设计等教育模式。
IFLA Trend Report—2016 Update Report is a key report forecasting library development under the new information environment. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of this report,focusing on the recent development of five trends as well as three key issues discussed. It also offer some feasible proposals,such as to strengthen the cooperation with IFLA so as to make sure Chinese libraries in line with their foreign counterparts, to organize discussions on the important issues and practice cases,to adopt an all-round approach to the future application of new technologies,and to publicize new education models including the "hybrid learning design".
