摘要
此项目研究基于哈尔滨石油学院PLC实验室,应用QSTIA-III全集成工业自动化网络实训装置S7-1200。基于完整的模拟自动化机械手自动分拣物料过程,综合利用传感器技术(包括电容传感器、压力传感器、光电传感器等)、变频器技术、电磁、触摸屏和人机交换界面等,采用模块化结构设计,独立设计各个子单元,通过自由组合,实现系统功能的多样化,尽可能开发PLC机械手在自动化控制过程中的能力。
This project is based on the PLC laboratory of Harbin Petroleum Institute and applies QSTIA-III fully integrated industrial automation network training device S7-1200. Based on the complete process of automatic analog manipulator automatic sorting materials, comprehensive utilization of sensor technology(including capacitance sensors, pressure sensors, photoelectric sensors, etc.), inverter technology, electromagnetic, touch screen and human-machine exchange interface, etc., adopting modular structure design, independent design of each sub-unit. Through the free combination, the system functions are diversified, and the PLC manipulator's ability in the automation control process is developed as much as possible.
