骶管麻醉配合复方亚甲蓝注射液应用于肛肠手术中的麻醉效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨骶管麻醉配合复方亚甲蓝注射液用于肛肠手术中的临床效果。方法:收治行肛肠手术患者240例,随机分两组。观察组应用骶管麻醉配合复方亚甲蓝,对照组肛周只注射复方亚甲蓝,对两组术中及术后的麻醉镇痛效果进行统计学分析。结果:观察组术后换药或排便时疼痛程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症发生率更低。结论:骶管麻醉配合复方亚甲蓝溶液用于肛肠手术,术中及术后镇痛效果良好,是一种安全、可靠的麻醉方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sacral anesthesia combined with compound methylthioninium chloride injection in anorectal surgery.Methods:240 patients underwent anorectal surgery were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group was treated with sacral anesthesia combined with compound methylthioninium chloride injection.The control group was injected with compound methylthioninium chloride injection only in the perianum.The analgesic effect of anesthesia in both groups was analyzed statistically.Results:The degree of pain after dressing change or defecation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower.Conclusion:Sacral anesthesia combined with compound methylthioninium chloride injection is a safe and reliable method for anorectal operation with good analgesic effect during and after operation.
