摘要
目的探讨臭氧联合射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年12月至2018年11月收治的90例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为参照组与研究组,每组45例。参照组采用射频消融治疗,研究组则采用臭氧联合射频消融治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前、后的疼痛情况、hs-CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的VAS评分、hs-CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用臭氧联合射频消融治疗神经根型颈椎病,不但能够缓解患者疼痛并消除炎症,还能提高患者的免疫功能,应用价值高。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Ninety patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in our hospital from December 2016 to November 2018 were selected as research objects. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into reference group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with radiofrequency ablation, while the study group was treated with ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation. The therapeutic effect, pain condition, levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score, levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can not only relieve pain and eliminate inflammation, but also improve the immune function of patients, with high application value.
