《农产品检验技术》课程建设的实践与思考

摘要
《农产品检验技术》"三农特色"课程的建设要结合社会需求、以生为本,建设的课程资源要进一步向优质教学资源靠拢,促进理论向实践转化,进一步提升学生的专业技能,加强教师团队建设,保证教学资源不断处于更新状态并加强有效的反馈机制,进一步提升资源质量,才能保证资源建设成果持续发展,建设优质的"三农特色"课程。
Analysis is made on the teaching team, course material, the network course, teaching video and teaching methods to explore the ideas and methods for the construction of high-quality curriculum resources, combined with the construction achievements and practical experience of the Agricultural Products Inspection Technology of "three agricultural characteristics" course, exploring the ideas and methods for the construction of high quality curriculum resources. The analysis shows that curriculum construction must be combined with social needs and student-oriented, and the construction of curriculum resources should be further converged with high-quality teaching resources, so as to promote the transformation of theory to practice and further upgrading students' professional skills. It proposes that the construction of "three agricultural characteristics" course should strengthen the construction of teachers team, ensure that the teaching resources should be constantly updated and strengthen effective feedback mechanism, further improve the quality of resources, thus to guarantee the sustainable development of resource construction and build high-quality "three agricultural characteristics" course.
