摘要

实训室对于高职院校具有非常重要的作用,不仅是实现培养人才、提升学校办学水平的物质基础,同时也是加强实训文化建设的基本要求。实训室文化建设不仅包括物质文化及制度文化,还包括行为文化和精神文化。基于此,对高职院校实训室文化建设进行探讨,并提出提升实训室文化建设的相关建议措施。
        The training room plays a very important role in higher vocational colleges. It is not only the material basis for training talent and improving the level of running schools, but also the basic requirement for strengthening the construction of training culture. Training room culture construction includes not only material culture and system culture,but also behavior culture and spirit culture. This paper discusses the cultural construction of the training room in higher vocational colleges, and provides relevant suggestions and measures to improve the cultural construction of the training room.
