摘要
为了为后期特用品种的选育工作提供理论参考,对所收集保存的8个种源辣木嫩叶的钙、钾、铁、硒、维生素C和蛋白质等营养成分含量进行测定。结果表明:参试辣木种源的嫩叶营养成分含量变幅比较大,钙、钾、铁等矿物质元素含量的变幅分别为403~1 120 mg/kg、249~280 mg/kg、12.3~36.1 mg/kg,其中201502LAO钙元素含量最高,201504ALG钾元素含量最高、201508CHN铁元素含量最高;参试种源的硒元素含量在0.026~0.32 mg/kg之间,达到广西地方标准富硒蔬菜水平;201503MYA维生素C含量最高(220 mg/100g),201508CHN蛋白质含量最高(8.23%)。8个不同辣木种源的嫩叶营养成分含量之间差异显著。
        The contents of nutrients such as calcium,potassium,iron,selenium,vitamin C and protein intender leaves from 8 collected species of Moringa oleifera were analyzed to provide the reference for selectingthe special species. Results showed that the nutrient contents of the tender leaves were significantly increased,and the variations of calcium,potassium and iron were from 403 mg/kg to 1 120 mg/kg,from 249 mg/kg to280 mg/kg,from 12.3 mg/kg to 36.1 mg/kg,respectively. The species with the highest content of calcium,potassium and iron were 201502 LAO,201504ALG and 201508 CHN,respectively. The content of seleniumelement was from 0.026 mg/kg to 0.32 mg/kg,which reached Guangxi local standard for selenium-rich vegeta-ble. The highest content of vitamin C was 201503 MYA with 220 mg/100 g,and the highest content of proteinwas 201508 CHN with 8.23%. The nutrient contents in tender leaves of 8 species of M. oleifera were significant-ly different.
