儿童牙科夹板黏扣式约束带的研制与临床应用

摘要
目的设计并制作夹板黏扣式约束带,探讨在儿童牙科的应用效果。方法根据儿童牙科在临床护理实践工作中存在的问题结合临床研究,设计并制作夹板黏扣式约束带,将2017年1月至2017年3月280例患严重龋齿的儿童,年龄(2±0.5至5±0.5)岁,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组140例,对照组由传统的强制约束方法进行护理配合治疗,观察组采用夹板黏扣式约束带,比较2种方法的有效性及治疗过程中患儿的舒适度,家属的满意度。结果患者使用夹板黏扣式约束带护理配合有效性高与对照组,在儿童龋齿治疗过程中,护理安全得到保证,节约了护理资源,缩短了治疗时间。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿舒适度,家属的满意率明显优于对照组。结论夹板黏扣式约束带,设计合理,实用性强,操作方便,固定牢固,为儿童龋齿治疗达到安全有效的约束效果,明显优于对照组的方法。
Objective To design and make a restraint strap of assula with sticky button,and to explore the application effect for pediatric dentistry. Methods According to the existing problems in the clinical nursing work in children's dental problems combined with clinical research, to design and produce the restraint strap of assula with sticky button. Randomly dividing 240 patients with severe dental caries of children who were born from January 2017 to March 2017(2±0.5 to 5±0.5) years old into control group and observation group,140 cases in each group. The control group were treated by the traditional method of constraint on the nursing treatment and the observation group were treated by restraint strap. To compare the effectiveness of the two methods and the treatment process of the patient's comfort and the satisfaction of all family members. Results The high effectiveness and the control group treating the patients with severe dental caries of children by the restraint strap guaranteed nursing safety,saved the nursing resources and shortened the treatment time. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comfort degree of the observation group and the satisfaction rate of the family members were better than those of the control roup. Conclusions The adhesion restraint belt was designed rationally racticability, operation conveniently and fixation firmly. The safe and effective constrain effect was better than the observation group for children's dental caries treatment.
