摘要
无头轧制主要应用在热轧带钢和棒、线材生产中,能够提高生产效率且能够降低对设备和电网的冲击。为了确定固态剪切连接工艺参数对连接后强度影响和工艺参数的最佳取值范围,本文针对固态剪切连接过程中工艺参数(剪切温度、搭接量和压下量)对搭接部位强度的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:剪切连接在温度为900~950℃、搭接量为3 mm及压下量为30 mm时,固态剪切连接试件连接部位的结合效果较好,且边部开裂不明显,有利于后续的孔型轧制
        Endless rolling is mainly used in the production of hot rolled strip steel, wire rod and bar, which can improve production efficiency and reduce the impact on equipment and power grid. In order to determine the effect of solid shear bonding process parameters on the strength after bonding and the optimum range of process parameters, the effects of the process parameters(shear temperature, lap amount and reduction) on the strength of the lap joint were investigated. The results show that when the temperature of shear joint is 900-950℃, the lap amount is 3 mm and the reduction is 30 mm, the bonding effect of the connection part of the solid shear boncking joint is better, and the edge cracking is not obvious, which is beneficial to subsequent groove rolling.
