摘要
针对紫外光固化胶黏剂在火工品粘接中出现固化不完全的问题,分别研究了预聚物、活性稀释剂、光引发剂对火工品基材粘接时固化的影响。研究表明:当预聚物含量45%~55%,选择双官能单体(TPGDA)为稀释剂,以及3%~4%单一光引发剂时,光固化速度快,并且强度较高。
Aimed at the incomplete curing problem of UV curing adhesive applicated to initiator, the effects of prepolymer, active diluent, photoinitiator on the curing of initiator substrates were studied. The results showed that under the conditions of that 45%~55% content of prepolymer, using double functional group(TPGDA) as active diluent and 3%~4% single photoinitiator agent, the velocity of UV curing is faster, and the curing strength is higher.
