摘要
通过选用钼酸锌对磷酸锌防锈颜料进行改性,并将其应用于水性环氧防腐涂料中,制得了具有优异防腐功能的新型水性环氧涂料。研究了改性磷酸锌对水性环氧涂料的耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响,确定了水性环氧防腐涂料的最佳PVC值,并使用SEM对防锈颜料及水性环氧涂料的性能进行了表征。结果表明当使用钼酸锌对磷酸锌防锈颜料进行改性,水性环氧防腐涂料的PVC值为38%时,此时水性环氧防腐涂料的耐盐雾性能可达500 h,且涂料具有最佳的综合性能。
Zinc phosphate antirust pigment was modified by zinc molybdate and applied to waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings. A new type of waterborne epoxy coatings with excellent anticorrosive function was prepared. The effect of modified zinc phosphate on salt spray corrosion resistance of waterborne epoxy coatings was studied. The optimum PVC value of waterborne epoxy coatings was determined. The properties of antirust pigments and waterborne epoxy coatings were characterized by SEM.The results show that when zinc molybdate is used to modify zinc phosphate antirust pigments and the PVC value of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings is 38%, the salt spray resistance of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings can reach 500 h and the coatings have the best comprehensive properties.
