城市群创新网络的空间演化与组织——以京津冀城市群为例

摘要
京津冀城市群协同发展作为国家战略,如何实现协同创新是城市群协同发展的关键。通过创新系统主体授权专利合作,研究京津冀城市群的创新联系,揭示京津冀城市群创新网络的空间组织和演化特征。结果表明:京津冀城市群创新网络经历了初级发展阶段(2000—2005年)、增强发展阶段(2005—2010年)和扩展与快速发展阶段(2010—2015年)。从空间发展角度来看,北京、天津是京津冀城市群的创新中心,在网络中具有较强的控制力与自主创新能力,京津冀城市群逐步形成"双核+多节点"的创新网络格局。围绕主要城市的创新,京津冀城市群创新网络形成一些小组团创新网络结构。
        The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration is a national strategy.How to achieve collaborative innovation is the key to the coordinated development of urban agglomeration. Based on co-authorized patents of actors in the innovation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration,the innovation networks of the spatial organization characteristics and evolution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration are examined. During 2000—2005,the innovation network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration is in the initial stage of development. During 2005—2010,the urban innovation network entered the stage of enhanced development. During 2010—2015,the innovation network experienced expansion and rapid development stage. From the perspective of space development,Beijing and Tianjin are the innovation centers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration,with strong control and independent innovation ability in the network,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration has gradually formed a pattern of "dual-core + multi-node"innovation network. The urban innovation network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration has formed a few of some group structure of innovation network.
