教育精准扶贫背景下贫困学生资助资源分配结构优化研究

摘要
贫困学生资助是我国教育振兴的重要内容。运用制度分析法对我国的学生资助政策进行分析,发现当前学生资助资源存在城乡、学龄、资源区域结构分配不合理等问题,并针对问题提出相应的建议,调整资源的城乡分配结构、优化资源分配的学龄结构、完善资源分配的区域结构,以完善学生资助体系,缓解贫困家庭的教育负担。
Financial aid for poor students is an important part of the rejuvenation of education in China. Based on the analysis of the policy of student financial aid in China, it is found that there are some problems such as urban and rural areas,school age, unreasonable allocation of resources and so on, and some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems. The structure of urban and rural distribution of resources should be adjusted, the school-age structure of resource allocation should be optimized, and the regional structure of resource allocation should be perfected in order to perfect the system of student financial aid and alleviate the educational burden of poor families.
