摘要
往复式压缩机在工业生产中有着非常广泛的应用,其状态好坏直接关系生产质量和生产经济效益。气阀是压缩机的重要组成部分,其工作状态好坏直接决定着压缩机的运行性能,是压缩机中容易受损的部件,如果不及时进行排除,容易导致更大故障的产生。为此,对往复式压缩机气阀故障判断及排除后的运行效果进行分析,希望对降低往复式压缩机的运行故障率,可以起到有利的作用。
        Reciprocating compressors have a very wide range of applications in industrial production.Their status is directly related to production quality and production economic benefits.The gas valve is an important part of the compressor.Its working condition directly determines the running performance of the compressor.It is a component that is prone to damage in the compressor.If it is not eliminated in time,it will easily lead to more faults.For this reason,the analysis of the failure of the reciprocating compressor valve and the operational effect after the elimination are carried out,and it is expected to play an advantageous role in reducing the operating failure rate of the reciprocating compressor.
