摘要
某电厂~#1机组汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)阀位反馈线性位移差动变送器(LVDT),改造前曾多次出现LVDT及阀位(VP)卡故障,提出了LVDT冗余升级改造方案与具体实施内容。冗余升级改造后,提高了汽轮机的安全、稳定运行系数。
In a digital electro-hydraulic control system( DEH) of a power plant's ~#1 unit,there had been many faults on linear variable differential transformer( LVDT) and valve position( VP) jamming before the upgrading of LVDT and VP. It puts forward the scheme and practical procedure of a redundancy making and upgrading transformation. After the redundancy making and upgrading transformation,safety and stable operation coefficient of steam turbine is increased.
