摘要
针对DF7G内燃机车预热系统运用锅炉式预热方式已不能满足现有机车技术要求,设计了"PTC"即热式电热水器的控制方式,详细描述了预热系统改造原则和方案、原预热锅炉被取代,新型电路控制系统的结构设计,解决了DF7G内燃机车预热系统低温环境下不能正常启停的技术难题,为DF7G机车新型预热系统提供新方法,确保车辆在低温环境下安全、稳定的运行,大大降低燃油成本,提高内燃机车性能。
        As the boiler preheating method for DF7 G diesel locomotive preheating system can no longer meet the technical requirements of existing locomotives,the original preheating boiler was replaced,while the controlling method of PTC instant electric heater was designed. The transformation principles and schemes of the preheating system are described in detail in this paper. The new circuit controlling system solved the technical problem of the DF7 G diesel locomotive that preheating system could not be started or stopped normally under low temperature. This system will also provide new ways for the new preheating system of the DF7 G locomotive to ensure the safe and stable operation of the vehicle under low temperature. The cost of fuel will be reduced to a large extent,and the performance of diesel locomotives will be improved.
