独立学院实验室管理初探

摘要
独立学院作为高等教育的重要组成部分,是行业、企业等社会力量参与公办学校办学,承担着社会急需的应用型人才培养任务。根据独立学院自身特点,对实验室管理进行分析,优化内部管理,完善管理模式,加强制度化、实验室建设、实验技术队伍建设,使独立学院办学可持续、健康发展,为中国的高等教育多样化的发展提供经验。
The independent colleges are an important part of higher education in China. It participate in the school-running with the industry、enterprises, other social forces and public school to undertake the urgent task needs of training the application-oriented personnel. This article analyzed laboratory management based on the characteristics of the independent college. Therefore, this article put forward the corresponding optimization measures, such as to optimize the internal management, improve the management model, strengthen the institutionalization, enhance the laboratory construction and experimental technical team construction, etc. Then the independent colleges can be sustainable and healthy development, and make greater contributions to the higher education diversification in China.
