江苏省二级及以上医疗机构中药师人力资源调查分析

摘要
目的:调研江苏省二级及以上医疗机构中药师人力资源的情况及存在问题,为制定中药师职业发展规划、推进医院中药学发展提供参考。方法:采用问卷形式,对江苏省内二级及以上医疗机构中药师的人力资源情况进行调研,并进行统计分析。结果:共收到全省97家医院中药师情况的调研表,包括44家中医医院,36家综合医院,14家专科医院,3家中西医结合医院。调研结果显示:江苏省医疗机构中中药人才资源偏少;中药师整体学历偏低;中高级职称人员偏少,主要仍在从事中药调剂工作。结论:为更好地推动医院中药学的发展,应重视中药师的人才培养和工作内容的配置,加强中药师继续教育工作,建立中药临床药师培训体系,提升中药师的综合素质。
Objective: To investigate the situation and find the problems of human resources of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pharmacists in secondary and higher medical institutions in Jiangsu Province, so as to provide the foundation for formulating the career development plan of TCM pharmacists and promoting the development of hospital TCM. Methods: Data of TCM pharmacists in hospitals above grade two in Jiangsu Province were collected and analyzed. Results: A total of 97 hospitals were surveyed,including 44 hospitals of TCM, 36 general hospitals, 14 specialized hospitals and 3 hospitals of integrated Chinese and Western medicine. The TCM pharmacists in the medical institutions of Jiangsu Province have low educational background and few senior or middle-level professional titles. They are still engaged in the dispensing of TCM. Conclusion: In order to promote the development of TCM in hospitals, we should focus importance on training talents and allocating work contents, strengthening continuous education of TCM pharmacists, establishing and improving training system of clinical pharmacists of TCM, and improving comprehensive quality of TCM pharmacists.
