手卫生干预有效预防控制医院感染

摘要
目的:手卫生干预有效预防和控制医院感染。方法:此次研究时间从2015年5月至2017年5月,以2016年5月为界线,前后两个阶段进行分析医务人员手卫生行为的影响因素,对比分析干预前后手卫生认知情况、手卫生依从性、医院感染率的变化。结果:本院在手卫生强化管理之后,医务人员的手卫生知识合格率、正确七步洗手合格率、手卫生依从性,有着明显提升,同实施前相比存在差异(P <0.05),具有一定的统计学意义。医院感染发生率也明显降低,组间比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论:手卫生干预可以减少医院感染的发生,值得今后推广应用。
Objective: Hand hygiene intervention can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection.Methods:This study was conducted from May 2015 to May 2017, with May 2016 as the boundary.Two stages before and after the analysis of medical personnel hand hygiene behavior factors,hand hygiene cognition, hand hygiene compliance and hospital infection rate before and after intervention were analyzed.Results:hygiene knowledge, the qualified rate of correct seven-step hand washing and the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff have been significantly improved(P < 0.05). The incidence of nosocomial infection was also significantly reduced(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Hand health intervention can reduce the incidence of hospital infection, and it is worth promoting and applying in the future.
