村镇建筑叠层轮胎隔震支座竖向力学性能试验研究

摘要
提出一种利用废旧轮胎的新型村镇建筑简易隔震结构,该结构利用叠层轮胎片制成隔震支座,配合两层齿型圈梁作为房屋隔震层进行隔震。对平面尺寸为180mm×180mm的叠层轮胎隔震支座进行了不同叠层层数下竖向极限承载力试验,发现支座竖向极限压应力离散性较大,取下包络线得到,叠层轮胎隔震支座竖向压应力为9MPa。对叠层轮胎隔震支座进行了不同叠层层数、不同设计压应力下竖向压缩刚度试验,分析得到,随叠层层数自4层增至8层,竖向压缩刚度最高下降53.58%;随设计压应力从3MPa增至6MPa,竖向压缩刚度最高上升80.19%。对叠层轮胎隔震支座进行了不同叠层层数、不同设计压应力下竖向变形性能试验,发现各支座第1次循环竖向刚度较其他循环小,其余循环下支座竖向刚度稳定,变化量小于1%。分析得到该结构竖向力学性能稳定,隔震效果良好,适合我国广大村镇建筑。
        A simple isolation structure of a new rural building using waste tires is proposed. The structure is made of a laminated tire piece to form a seismic isolation bearing, and the two-layer toothed ring beam is used as a seismic isolation layer for isolation. The vertical ultimate bearing capacity test of laminated tire isolation bearing with plane size of 180 mm×180 mm was carried out under different laminated layers. It was found that the vertical ultimate compressive stresses of the bearing were highly discrete. The vertical compressive stress of the laminated tire isolation bearing with the lower envelope is 9 MPa. The vertical compression stiffness tests of laminated tire isolation bearings under different laminated layers and different design compressive stresses were carried out. The analysis showed that the vertical compression stiffness decreased by 53.58% with the number of laminated layers increasing from 4 to 8 layers. With the design compressive stress increasing from 3 MPa to 6 MPa, the vertical compression stiffness is up to 80.19%. The vertical deformation performance tests of different laminated layers and different design compressive stresses were carried out on the laminated tire isolation bearing. It was found that the vertical stiffness of the first cycle of each bearing was smaller than other cycles, and the vertical stiffness is stable under the other cycles, the amount of change is less than 1%. It is analyzed that the vertical mechanical properties of the structure are stable and the isolation effect is good. It is suitable for the majority of villages and towns in China.
