小儿鼻窦炎应用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂鼻内给药的临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨糠酸莫米松喷雾剂鼻内给药治疗小儿鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:收治小儿鼻窦炎患者136例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组68例。对照组采用地塞米松配合庆大霉素雾化吸入,研究组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂鼻内给药,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率、临床症状消失时间和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糠酸莫米松喷雾剂鼻内给药治疗小儿鼻窦炎的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray for intranasal administration in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis.Methods:136 children with chronic sinusitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 68 cases in each.The control group was treated with dexamethasone combined with gentamicin for nebulization inhalation.The study group was treated by mometasone furoate nasal spray for intranasal administration.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray for intranasal administration in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis was significant.
