摘要
以某三轴五档手动变速箱作为研究对象,运用LMS. Virtual Lab多体动力学软件对箱体建立动力学模型,进行动力学分析以此获得轴承座动态反支力。再以轴承座动态反支力作为激励,分别建立综合考虑变速箱内部润滑液和空气影响与不考虑变速箱内部润滑油和空气影响的变速箱振动响应分析模型,并分析对比箱体的振动响应结果,然后运用声学边界元法预估箱体辐射噪声并通过试验进行验证,最后通过箱体结构优化达到变速箱降噪目的,对提前规避变速器的振动噪声问题具有重要的工程实际意义。
        A three-axis and five-speed manual transmission gearbox is studied. The dynamic model of the gearbox is established by means of LMS.VirtualLab multi-body dynamics software, and dynamic analysis is carried out to obtain the dynamic reaction forces of the bearings. Then, the dynamic response of each bearing is used as the input excitation for the vibration analysis of the gearbox. The gearbox vibration response analysis models considering and without considering the impact of gearbox's internal lubricating oil and air effects are established respectively. And their vibration responses are analyzed and compared mutually. Besides, the radiation noise of the gearbox is estimated by acoustic boundary element method and the simulation results are verified by the experiment. Finally, the gearbox radiation noise is reduced by the optimization of the gearbox structure. This study is of great practical significance to avoid vibration and noise problems of transmission gearboxes in advance.
