摘要
中交汇通横琴广场项目属于超高层建筑,机电施工具有工作量大、交叉作业多、施工技术难度大、技术质量要求高等特点。文章结合项目的施工管理经验,从技术和管理方面综合叙述了中交汇通横琴广场超高层建筑机电施工技术中遇到的重点、难点问题,并提出了相应的对策。
        CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World project belongs to a super-high-rise building, MEP construction has the characteristics of large workload, more cross-over work, difficult construction technology and high technical quality requirements. Combined with the construction management experience of the project, we comprehensively described the key points and difficult problems encountered in the MEP construction technology of the super-high-rise building of CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World from the aspects of technology and management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
