新时代工会基本职责的调整与完善

摘要
工会基本职责的内容是随着社会政治经济形势的发展变化而不断调整和完善的。"维护职工合法权益、竭诚服务职工群众"这一新时代工会基本职责涵盖了工会实践活动的基本内容,回答了工会组织应该干什么和必须干什么的问题。履行好新时代工会基本职责,必须理清工会工作思路,在自觉接受党的领导、突出维权工作重点、健全服务职工体系和深化工会改革创新等方面有所作为。
The content of the basic duties is constantly adjusted and improved with the development of social,political and economic situation. The basic duties of trade unions in the new era of "protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and serving the staff wholeheartedly" cover the basic content of the trade unions' practice and stipulate what the trade union organizations should do and what they must do. To fulfill the basic duties of trade unions in the new era, trade unions must play key roles in the following: consciously accepting the leadership of the party, grasping the theme of the labor movement, highlighting the focus of rights protection work, improving the staff service system, and deepening reform and innovation of trade unions etc.
