带孔金属骨针(髌骨针)在尺骨鹰嘴骨折中的应用

摘要
目的带孔金属骨针(髌骨针)在尺骨鹰嘴骨折中的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2013年1月—2016年12月收治的68例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者为该次实验研究对象,按照张力带钢丝内固定方式不同将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组26例患者给予传统克氏针张力带钢丝内固定,实验组42例患者给予带孔金属骨针进行折断式髌骨针张力带钢丝内固定,比较两组患者手术时间、骨痂完全消失时间以及两组患者术后3、6、9个月肘关节功能恢复情况。结果实验组患者手术时间(36.7±5.4)min、骨痂完全消失时间(5.2±1.4)个月明显少于对照组(56.7±7.9)min和(5.9±1.8)个月,实验组患者术后3个月(34.5±3.2)分、6个月(65.7±5.7)分、9个月(87.9±7.4)分,肘关节功能评分明显优于对照组3个月(23.5±2.5)分、6个月(54.7±3.9)分、9个月(76.8±5.3)分,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论对于尺骨鹰嘴骨折给予带孔金属骨针进行折断式髌骨针张力带钢丝内固定,其较传统张力带固定更稳定,能有效促进患者骨折愈合,有利于患者术后肘关节功能的早期恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of perforated metal needles(patella needle) in the ulna olecranon fractures. Methods 68 cases of patients with ulna olecranon fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January2013 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the internal fixation methods, the control group with 26 cases adopted the traditional kirschner wire tension band wiring for internal fixation, the experimental group with 42 cases adopted the perforated metal needles for internal fixation, and the operation time, complete disappearance time of callus and elbow joint recovery situations in 3 months, 6 months and 9 months after surgery of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and complete disappearance time of callus in the experimental group were obviously shorter than those in the control group [(36.7 ±5.4)min,(5.2 ±1.4)months vs(56.7 ±7.9)min,(5.9 ±1.8)months], and the elbow joint function scores in 3 months, 6 months and 9 months after surgery in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group [(34.5 ±3.2)points,(65.7 ±5.7)points,(87.9 ±7.4)points vs(23.5 ±2.5)points,(54.7 ±3.9)points,(76.8±5.3)points], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The perforated metal needles(patella needle) in the ulna olecranon fractures is steadier than that of traditional tension band, which can effectively promote the fracture healing and it is conducive to the early rehabilitation of postoperative elbow joint function.
