医学影像系专业实习教学中逆向教学法的应用

摘要
目的研究分析在医学影像系本科生专业实习教学中采用逆向教学法的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月本院医学影像系本科生专业实习生为80名作为研究对象。按照教学方法的差异,将所有实习生分为传统组与逆向组。其中,传统组实习生采用传统教学方法,逆向组实习生采用逆向教学法,对比两组实习生的教学效果。结果对比两组实习生学习情况问卷调查结果,并将其作为教学质量的对比依据,逆向组实习生学习情况较好,且各项指标与传统组实习生比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对比两组实习生考核成绩,并将其作为教学效果的对比依据,逆向组实习生平均成绩分数高于传统组实习生,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在医学影像系本科生专业实习教学中采用逆向教学法,可提高实习生的学习效果,改善实习教学质量,为有效教学方法。
        Objective To analyze the application effect of reverse teaching method in the practice teaching of undergraduate students in medical imaging department. Methods 80 undergraduate interns from March 2017 to March 2018 in department of medical imaging of our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. According to the difference of teaching methods, all interns are divided into traditional group and reverse group.Among them, traditional group interns adopt traditional teaching methods.The interns in the reverse group adopt the reverse teaching method. The teaching effect of two groups of interns was compared. Results Comparing the results of the questionnaire survey of the two groups of interns, and using it as the basis for the comparison of teaching quality, the learning situation of interns in the reverse group is better, and the indicators have statistical significance compared with the traditional group interns(P <0.05). The average score of interns in the reverse group was higher than that in the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of reverse teaching method in medicalimaging undergraduate professional practice teaching can improve the learning effect of interns, improve the quality of practice teaching, and be an effective teaching method.
