高压开关柜局部放电地电波幅值的经验累计分布特性

摘要
研究局部放电地电波幅值的分布特性有利于提高开关柜局放状态判断的准确性。文中以36 628组在运行高压开关柜局放实测数据为分析对象,建立了高压开关柜局部放电地电波法现场测试值的经验累计分布特性,其概率密度函数符合Gamma分布特征。并且,统计得出本地区数据库中分布概率超过5%、10%、25%地电波测试值样本分布所对应的经验阈值分别为32、23、13 dB。分析表明,环境湿度、运行时间及柜体结构等7个因素对经验累计分布特性影响较大。上述结果为掌握高压开关柜绝缘健康水平及采取有效的运维策略提供了思路和建议。
        It is beneficial to guide state judgment of HV switchgear and improve their insulation state detection accuracy through the study of distribution characteristics of partial discharge wave detection.In this paper,36 628 partial discharge data of HV switchgear are analyzed,and a series of novel empirical cumulative distribution functions(ECDFs)based on on-site transient earth voltage(TEV)data of HV switchgear is proposed,whose probability density function(PDF)meet the Gamma distribution.According to the distribution criteria of 5%,10%and 25%,the local empirical thresholds of TEV data which exceeded 5%,10%and 25%are 32 dB、23 dB and 13 dB.In addition,a total of 11 factors includes test site,test environment,run time and switch cabinet structure are researched to analyze the influences to ECDFs.The result shows that,7 factors of humidity,run time and the cabinet structure to experience a greater impact on the cumulative distribution,it provides ideas and suggestions for mastering the HV switchgear insulation health and taking effective operation and maintenance strategy.
