摘要
管道穿跨越方式灵活多样,且标准化程度很低,开展数字化设计难度较大。通过对管道穿跨越传统设计的特点、过程和功能进行梳理,满足管道全生命周期数字化移交要求;提高设计精细化程度,保证设计文件的质量;把繁琐的绘图和计算交由程序完成,提高工作效率,为此开发了管道穿跨越数字化设计系统(CRDS)。CRDS软件包括CRDS配置和CRDS设计两个模块,管道穿跨越数字化设计的关键技术包括数字化模型、开挖穿越设计、定向钻穿越设计和山岭隧道穿越设计。目前在多个国家重点管道工程中已应用CRDS软件进行了穿跨越数字化设计,设计人员的工作效率得到大幅提高,设计文件的质量也得到了保证,应用效果良好。
        The types of pipeline crossing are flexible and diverse,the standardization is low,and it is difficult to carry out digital design. Through the analysis on the characteristics,process and functions of the traditional design of pipeline crossing and spanning,it is proposed that the development goal of the software for digital design of pipeline crossing and spanning is to meet the digital transferring requirements for pipeline whole life cycle, improve the degree of design accuracy, ensure the quality of design documents, and improve the work efficiency by completing the complex drawing and calculation through the program. Therefore, the digital design system for pipeline crossing and spanning CRDS is developed. CRDS includes two modules, namely, CRDS configuration and CRDS design, and key digital design technologies of pipeline crossing and spanning include digital model, excavation crossing design,directional drilling crossing design and mountain tunnel crossing design. At present,the CRDS software is used in many national key pipeline projects to carry out crossing digital design, which has greatly improved the work efficiency of designers, ensured the quality of design documents and had good application effects.
