从国际著名科学期刊应对策略看开放存取运动的本质

摘要
本文考察了若干国际著名科学期刊应对开放存取运动的策略。指出国际科学出版巨头对开放存取运动态度的快速转变,一些著名科学期刊采取创办开放存取子刊的方式,既保持了原有品牌,也不错过商业利润;另一些科学期刊自身向开放存取转型;而某些新创办的开放存取期刊则采取极度商业化的手法和富有欺骗性的策略。这些考察有助于我们加深对开放存取期刊商业性质的认识,从而进一步理解开放存取运动的本质。
