青浦城东新村综合整治与修缮改造

摘要
老旧小区住房普遍存在房屋老化、设备陈旧、设施不全、安全隐患等突出问题。文章以青浦城东新村二区综合整治项目为例,从"消除安全隐患""完善基本功能"和"美化小区环境"等几个方面入手,介绍城东新村小区建筑单体修缮和整体环境提升改造措施。
Houses in old residential quarters have prominent problems such as house aging, old equipment, incomplete facilities and hidden safety hazards generally. Taking comprehensive improvement project on Area 2 of New Village in the east of Qingpu as an example, the text starts from several aspects such as "elimination of hidden safety hazards" "perfection of basic functions" and "beautification of residential environment" and introduces reconstruction measures on repair of single architecture in New Village Residential Quarter in the east of the city and improvement of overall environment.
