摘要
针对硫酸净化工序中CN过滤器负荷增加,过滤效果不好的问题,运用斜板沉降器替代原CN过滤器对硫酸净化工序进行工艺改造。改造后各项指标基本达到设计值,各塔槽中净化循环稀酸固含量较投用前下降了51.7%~78.8%,且实现了长周期稳定运行。
Aiming at the problem that the load of CN filter increases and the filtration effect is not good in the sulphuric acid purification process, the inclined plate settler is used to replace the original CN filter to carry on the technological transformation to the sulphuric acid purification process.After reforming, each index basically reaches the design value, and the solid content of the dilute acid in each column are decreased by 51.7%-78.8% compared with before operation, and the long-term stable operation is realized.
