摘要
本文建立了针对机场跑道通行能力、进场接受率、离场放行率的使用情况的评价指标,介绍了量化该评价指标的具体方法,分析了如何使用该评价指标。笔者希望通过建立并使用该评价指标,为进一步推进空管系统通行能力管理工作做一些有益的尝试。
        This paper establishes the metrics of airport capacity utilization, specifically the runway capacity, the airport acceptance rate(AAR) and the airport departure rate(ADR), introduces the method to quantify these metrics and analyzes how to use these metrics. The author hopes to make some beneficial attempts to further promote capacity management of the air traffic management system by establishing and using these metrics.
