从《新方八阵·补阵》探讨张景岳的补益学术思想

摘要
将张景岳《新方八阵·补阵》所列方剂分为补阴方、补阳方、气血双补方三类,结合张景岳的学术观点,总结各部分出现频率较高的药物,以及药物的归经,从补肾、补阴、补阳、气血双补四方面探讨补阵处方用药规律,并揭示张景岳补益思想之弊端,以期能指导中医临床对虚证的认识与治疗。
The prescriptions listed in ZHANG Jingyue's Xinfang Bazhen·Buzhen were divided into three categories:nourishing yin prescription,tonifying yang prescription and prescriptions for tonifying qi and blood.In combination with ZHANG Jingyue's academic viewpoints,herbs with higher frequency in each part and channel tropism were summarized. The purpose of the study is to discuss the medication rules of supplementing prescriptions from the four aspects of tonifying the kidney,nourishing yin,replenishing yang and tonifying qi and blood,and revealing the shortcomings of ZHANG Jingyue's tonifying ideas in order to guide the clinical understanding and treatment of deficiency syndromes in Chinese medicine.
