温阳通焦法治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水阳虚焦滞型的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨温阳通焦法治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水阳虚焦滞型的临床效果。方法按照治疗方案不同将60例阳虚焦滞型乙肝后肝硬化腹水患者分为观察组30例和对照组30例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用温阳通焦汤治疗,比较2组患者疗程结束时治疗效果以及症状消失时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者纳差消失时间、水肿消失时间、腹胀消失时间均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论温阳通焦法治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水阳虚焦滞型疗效显著,可明显改善患者症状体征,值得临床推广。
Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Warming Yang and promoting focus on treating cirrhosis of the liver with Yang deficiency and qi stagnation. Methods According to different treatment schemes,60 patients with ascites due to Posthepatitis B cirrhosis were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05); the disappearance time of acceptance difference,edema and abdominal distention of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Tongjiao method is effective in treating hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites of Yang deficiency and Jiaozuo type,and can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
