卫爱武教授治疗痛经经验

摘要
痛经,属"月经不调"范畴,中医又称"经行腹痛",分为原发性痛经和继发性痛经。病位在胞宫、冲任,变化在气血,其病机"或滞或虚",治疗上"或通或荣"。卫师辨病辨证,内服外用,以气血为立论基础,痛经临床实证居多,卫师认为"气血不通"贯穿病机始终,多因气血寒热瘀滞,治疗当以"通气血"为主。
