摘要
目的:探索温阳消饮法对慢性心力衰竭大鼠血清ET及CGRP水平的影响。方法:从50只健康雄性SD大鼠中随机取10只为空白组,其余均为造模组,造模组采用腹腔注射阿霉素诱导慢性心力衰竭模型,造模后采用超声心动图检测大鼠心功能,将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、温阳消饮组、血府逐瘀组、美托洛尔组,每组10只。进行药物干预,4周后观察心肌病理形态学变化,采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清ET、CGRP水平。结果:模型组大鼠血清ET及CGRP含量高于空白组(P<0.05),温阳消饮组、血府逐瘀组及美托洛尔组大鼠血清ET含量低于模型组(P<0.05),温阳消饮组大鼠血清CGRP含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01),血府逐瘀组及美托洛尔组大鼠血清ET含量与温阳消饮组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血府逐瘀组及美托洛尔组大鼠血清CGRP含量低于温阳消饮组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳消饮方能显著降低阿霉素诱导的CHF模型大鼠血清ET水平,并能显著升高血清CGRP水平。
        Objective: To observe the effect of warming Yang-resolving fluid retention method on serum ET and CGRP in chronic heart failure rats. Methods: The 50 healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group(10) and CHF group. The rat model of chronic heart failure was reproduced by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin. After the completion of the model making, echocardiography was used to determine the cardiac function of rats and randomly divided into model group, warming Yang-resolving fluid retention group,Xuefu Zhuyu group and metoprolol group, 10 rats in each group. After four weeks, the pathological morphological changes of the myocardium were observed by light microscope and the serum levels of ET and CGRP were determined by enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results: The model group showed higher ET and CGRP content than the blank group(P<0.05); and the warming Yang-resolving fluid retention group, Xuefu Zhuyu group and metoprolol group showed lower ET content than model group(P<0.05). The warming Yang-resolving fluid retention group showed higher CGRP content than model group(P<0.01); There was no significant difference on ET content among Xuefu Zhuyu group, metopolol group and warming Yang-resolving fluid retention group(P>0.05);Xuefu Zhuyu group and metopolol group showed lower CGRP content than warming Yang-resolving fluid retention group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The warming Yang-resolving fluid retention method can decrease serum ET level and increase the serum CGRP level in CHF model rats.
