摘要
为了研究火炬松不同无性系间的产脂量差异和24 h内的产脂量变化规律。通过对25个火炬松种子园无性系的产脂量、树高和胸径的测定,以及对10株15年生火炬松单株进行24 h产脂量的测定,分析了火炬松种子园无性系间的产脂量和生长性状的变异,以及火炬松24 h内的产脂规律。结果表明,火炬松种子园无性系间的产脂量存在显著差异,各无性系生长性状和产脂量间无相关性;不同火炬松单株同一时间段内的产脂量存在较大差异,但24 h内产脂量的变化趋势基本相同。此外,在06:00~12:00时间段与24 h总产脂量的相关性最高,相关系数在0.87~0.96之间。火炬松无性系间存在产脂量差异和24 h内产脂量的时效性,为开展高产脂火炬松优良品系的选育和人工割脂工作的开展提供了理论依据。
        In order to study the difference in oleoresin-yielding between different clones of Pinus taeda and the variation of yield within 24 h, this study detected the oleoresin yield, tree height, and DBH of 25 Pinus taeda seed orchards clones, and the oleoresin yield at 24 h for individuals selected from 15-year-old progeny test forest. We analyzed the variation of oleoresin yield and growth traits between the clones of Pinus taeda seed orchards and the oleoresin yield patterns within 24 hours of loblolly pine. The results showed that there was a significant difference in oleoresin yield between loblolly pine orchards, and there was no correlation between the growth traits and oleoresin yield of the clones. Besides, there was a significant difference in the oleoresin yield of different individuals of Pinus taeda during the same time period. However, they have the same trend of oleoresin yield within 24 hours. Moreover, The correlation between the 06:00~12:00 time period and the 24 hour total oleoresin yield was the highest, and the correlation coefficient was between 0.87~0.96. The difference in the oleoresinyielding between the clones and the time-effectiveness within 24 h hours might provide a theoretical basis for the selective breeding and artificaial rossing.
