摘要
目的探究H型高血压患者脂质过氧化损伤和血管内皮功能变化情况。方法以我院患者为例,患者的选取时间在2018年3月至2019年3月,共选取100例原发性高血压患者,从血浆同型半胱氨酸水平进行入手,将患者分为两组,分别为H型高血压组和对照组,每组中有患者50人,对两组患者的各项指标变化情况进行观察比较。结果就H型高血压组患者来说,其对应的24h平均血压为(131.54±6.45)mm Hg和(84.63±2.54)mm Hg,而对照组患者的平均血压则为(132.65±7.32)mm Hg和(85.7±3.15)mm Hg,对其数据差异进行比较,统计学结果显示P>0.05,不存在统计学意义。结论针对H型高血压患者来说,患者通常存在脂质过氧化损伤问题,并且伴随血管内皮功能障碍问题的发生,需要给予患者积极的干预措施,从而保证患者的生命安全。
        Objective To investigate the changes of lipid peroxidation and vascular endothelial function in patients with type H hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension were selected from March 2018 to March 2019. The patients were divided into two groups according to the level of plasma homocysteine, 50 patients in each group were divided into two groups:h type hypertension group and control group. The changes of each index of the two groups were observed and compared.Results For patients with type H hypertension, the corresponding 24 h mean blood pressure was(131.54±6.45) mmHg.Compared with(84.63±2.54) mmHg, the mean blood pressure of the control group was(132.65 ±7.32) mmHg, and(85.7±3.15)mmHg, respectively. The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with type H hypertension usually have lipid peroxidation damage, and accompanied with vascular endothelial dysfunction, it is necessary to give active intervention measures to ensure the safety of patients' life.
