胃壁脓肿误诊为胃间质瘤1例

摘要
胃壁脓肿是罕见的胃部化脓性感染,分为局限型和弥漫型。本文通过报道1例误诊为胃间质瘤的局限型胃壁脓肿,总结分析鉴别诊治思路,具有一定的临床应用价值。
The gastric wall abscess is a rare gastric purulent infection which is divided into localized and diffuse. This article reported one case of localized gastric wall abscess misdiagnosed as gastric stromal tumor, and summarized the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment, which has certain clinical application value.
