摘要
目的探讨B型利钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)和心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)在心律失常诊断中的作用和临床意义。方法选取2015年7月—2017年5月上海市奉贤区中心医院收治的心律失常患者100例为观察组,健康体检者50例为对照组,检测患者24 h内BNP、HRV和ECG的变化情况。结果与对照组比较,心律失常患者体内BNP水平升高,HRV相关指标水平降低,ECG有明显改变,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且心律失常患者中BNP+HRV+ECG联合检测的阳性率、灵敏度和特异度高于各指标的单独检出结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予心律失常患者BNP、HRV和ECG联合诊断在临床诊断中有重要意义,能够为患者的临床症状和状态评估提供有效可靠的参考依据。
        Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), heart rate variability(HRV) and electrocardiogram(ECG) in the diagnosis of arrhythmia. Methods Between July 2015 and May2017,100 patients with arrhythmia admitted to the Central Hospital of Shanghai were selected as the observation group,while another 50 healthy patients served as the control group. The changes of BNP, HRV and ECG were detected within 24 h.Results Compared with the control group, the level of BNP in patients with arrhythmia was significantly increased, heart rate variability was significantly reduced, and ECG changed significantly. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the positive rate, sensitivity and specificity of BNP + HRV + ECG combined diagnosis of patients with arrhythmia were significantly higher than those of BNP, HRV and ECG used individually, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined diagnosis with BNP, HRV and ECG for patients with arrhythmia is of great significance for clinical diagnosis. It can provide effective and reliable reference for assessment of clinical symptoms and status of patients.
