ERCP治疗胆总管结石围手术期的护理配合研究

摘要
目的:观察行ERCP治疗的胆总管结石患者实施围手术期护理配合的效果。方法:从某院在2017年1月～2018年12月之间收治患者中抽取胆总管结石患者120例,根据患者入院先后顺序分为对照组(2017年1月～2017年12月)与观察组(2018年1月～2018年12月),对照组患者在围手术期给予常规护理配合,观察组患者在围手术期给予针对性护理配合,比较两组手术成功率与并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者手术成功率高于对照组患者,并发症发生率低于对照组患者,两组各数据比较差异明显,P<0.05。结论:胆总管结石患者实施ERCP治疗期间,给予其围手术期针对性护理配合,可显著提升其手术成功率,同时降低并发症发生率,临床应用价值较高。
Objective: To observe the effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in patients with choledocholithiasis treated by ERCP. Methods: 120 patients with choledocholithiasis in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group(from January 2017 to December 2017) and observation group(from January 2018 to December 2018) according to the order of admission. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing cooperation during the perioperative period, and the patients in the observation group were given the targeted nursing cooperation in the perioperative period. The success rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The success rate of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: During the treatment of choledocholithiasis with ERCP, The perioperative targeted nursing cooperation can significantly improve the success rate of operation and reduce the incidence of complications, which has a high clinical application value.
