回转设备传动大型开式齿轮设计制造的研究与探讨

摘要
将回转设备传动大型渐开线齿轮副的参数分析与设计、参数测算与技术改造、渐开线齿轮副齿形参数设计新理念、渐开线齿轮副滑动率差的设计制造控制、渐开线齿轮副技术改造中的原始数据测算、分半大齿圈制造中变形规律分析与控制、大齿圈齿形主要加工设备现状分析、渐开线齿轮副改造中的齿形参数设计、小齿轮硬度控制等研究进行了归纳。介绍了渐开线齿轮副从设计、制造、使用及改造的关键技术。对渐开线齿轮副设计、制造、使用和改造起到指导作用。
The research is summarized on rotary equipment transmission large involute gear pair parameter analysis and design, parameter calculation and technical transformation, the new concept of involute gear pair tooth profile design, design and manufacturing control of involute gear pair slip ratio difference, calculation of the original data in the technical transformation of the gear pair, analysis and control of the deformation law in the manufacture of the semi-large ring gear, analysis of the current situation of the main processing equipment of the large ring gear, the tooth shape parameter design in the involute gear pair modification, pinion hardness control. The key technologies of design, manufacture, use and transformation of involute gear pairs are introduced. The content of the discussion plays a guiding role in the design, manufacturing, use and modification of the involute gear pair.
